Our goal is to provide tranquil & comfortable living environments. Our properties have been managed, maintained, & loved by multiple generations of the Andrews family. Our largest apartment complex was actually built by our cherished founder & father in 1976, Emanuel Andrews, who fulfilled his vision of building apartment-living in his hometown with Spanish design elements of the Seville Plaza de España, or, “Seville Square”.
