I am honestly surprised there aren't a million great reviews on here, but people probably want to keep this place a secret haha!I moved into these apartments exactly one year ago from Atlanta. They are designed after the Center Square in Seville, Spain. They are very charming! No I didn't have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all of the other upgrades that people seem to desperately seek. What I did have was an apartment community that I completely loved that was no frills. I had to use the laundry facilities and I NEVER encountered people there. Never one time did I hear the neighbors above or beside me. The grounds are immaculate. If you ever have any maintenance issues they are addressed almost immediately and they guys that take care of things are fantastic! The apartments even have a secured entrance as well as a Garage that is perfect for those Pittsburgh winters! Diana, the Owner is amazing! She provides exceptional customer service as do the ladies that work in the Rental Office!These are located in a very safe area with the Police station across the street and the Fire station right beside them. The neighborhood is perfect for riding bikes or walking. Conveniently located 15 minutes to Downtown or 10 minutes to Monroeville. There is a Dollar General store across the street that is even open until 11pm! I have never felt so safe or just overall happy in an apartment complex before.Do not hesitate one second to stay at Seville Square! You will not regret it!
Nice apartment complex, cool walls and ceiling sin the hallway. Decent amount of security. Overall does what it is suppose to do perfectly.
